Repair & install
New installs, replacement units and retrofit into existing properties.
Annual servicing
Filter changes, performance checks, balancing and certification.
Healthy homes
Reduce condensation, allergens, mould risk and ongoing fuel bills.
Why proper ventilation matters
More than just fresh air.
Modern homes are sealed tight for energy efficiency — which is great for bills, but terrible for moisture, CO₂ and pollutants if there's no proper ventilation strategy. A correctly specified and maintained system pays for itself in health, comfort and avoided repair costs.
Healthier indoor air
Cuts CO₂, VOCs, dust and allergens — better for asthma, hay fever and young children.
Prevents mould at the source
Controls humidity so moisture can't condense on cold surfaces — the root cause of black mould.
Lowers heating bills
MVHR recovers heat from extracted air, reducing the energy needed to warm fresh incoming air.
Protects the building fabric
Removes the damp that quietly damages plaster, paint, timber and insulation over years.
Meets Building Regs Part F
Compliant install and commissioning, with paperwork landlords and councils can rely on.
Quieter than older fans
Modern continuous-running units operate at whisper levels — most tenants forget they're on.
