A unique file is created for the applicant and a dedicated case manager assigned.

Documents requested
Trade certifications, insurance, proof of address, right to work, photo ID and past job references.

Background checks
We verify each document independently and run identity and credential checks. You're notified when complete.

Interview
A video interview with our team covering work history, standards, conduct and customer service expectations.

Verified & onboarded
The applicant joins the Chase & Tilbury network, is briefed on our process, and starts receiving matched work.
Ongoing standards
Vetting doesn't stop at onboarding.
Joining the network is just the start. We monitor every job, refresh credentials annually, and remove anyone who slips below our standards. That's how we keep our 15-day service guarantee meaningful.
Insurance verified
Valid public liability insurance, checked at onboarding and annually thereafter.
Qualifications confirmed
Trade-relevant qualifications (Gas Safe, NICEIC, City & Guilds, etc.) verified at source.
Identity & right to work
Government ID and right-to-work documentation on file for every active pro.
Reference-checked
Minimum two recent client references contacted directly before approval.
Performance reviewed
Every job is reviewed. Repeated issues mean removal from the network — no exceptions.
Continuous training
Mould technicians complete UKAME training; ventilation engineers stay current with Part F.
